In a career space of 26 years, he has worked as a development consultant all over NE in areas of industrial potential survey, project counseling, project report, infrastructure development projects, rural development programmes, appraisal of industrial projects and various HRD activities like

entrepreneurship development programmes, skill upgradation etc. Worked on deputation for ICICI, RGVN and project co-ordinator for National Centre for Jute Diversification, Sc & Tech. Ent. Dev. GOI.

Dr. Saikia is at present HoD (Enterprise Management) in IIE. He has more than 26 years experience in the areas relating to marketing management, self management, international marketing and entrepreneurship.

He has wide experience in marketing related areas and contributed a large number of research paper and articles in these areas. He is also visiting Faculty in Tezpur and Gauhati University in the MBA department.

An accredited trainer having about 22 years experience engaged in planning, designing and organizing training programes for prospective and existing entrepreneurs, promotional agent, teachers/faculty/students of university, college, technical institutions, school etc.

Dr. Sinha specializes in Environmental Psychology. She has experience in women studies. Her forte is women empowerment through entrepreneurship.

With specialization in Industrial Extension and Entrepreneurship, particularly in competency development for prospective entrepreneurs and 19 years of experience, Mr Baruah is presently an Association Faculty Member at IIE.

Mr. Das has developed expertise in the field of Project Formulation and Financial Management for launching small enterprises. He has been working in this field for the last 19 years.

With 19 years of experience in works relating to Entrepreneurship Development. Mr. Kalita has been awarded with SIDBI's "Best Trainer Motivator Award". He specializes in project formulation and enterprise planning for Micro Enterprises.

Mr. Dewan specializes in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management for micro enterprises. He has been working in this field of 15 years.

For the last 13 years Mr. Goswami has dedicated his time and effort towards entrepreneurship development through industrialization in rural areas.

Professional with over 7 years of experience on system analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of Application Software. He has also experience in designing and organizing training on various software/ hardware modules.

Ms. Baishya has almost 3 years of experience in project designing and entrepreneurship research. Her areas of expertise include socio-economic and development research and financial management.
