1 Dr. S. K. Saikia
M.A., M.Com., LLB, Ph.D., Diploma in Exp - Director(i/c) & Head of Enterprise Management Division

Dr. Saikia is at present heading the Centre for Enterprise Management (CEDM) in IIE. Having more than 22 years of experience in the areas related to marketing management, self-management, international marketing and entrepreneurship, Dr. Saikia has contributed a large number of research papers and articles in these areas. He is also the visiting Faculty in the MBA departments of the Central University, Tezpur and Gauhati University, Guwahati.areas. He is also visiting Faculty in Tezpur and Gauhati University in the MBA department.
2 Mr. Pronab Sarma
M.Com. (Business Management) - Faculty & Head, Centre for Entrepreneurship Education (CEE)

An accredited trainer having more than 20 years of experience in planning, designing and organising training programmes for prospective and existing entrepreneurs, promotional agencies, teachers/faculty/students of universities, colleges, technical institutions, schools etc, Shri Sarmah also provides counselling & guidance to individual trainee participants. Of trainee participants. Entrepreneur's achievement motivation is one of his specialised area besides others topics.
3 Dr. Sriparna B. Baruah
MBA., LLB. Ph.D - Faculty & Head, Centre for Industrial Extension and Consultancy

Having 15 years of experience in the field of research and consultancy, Dr. Baruah also has the experience of working as a Faculty Member in the Assam Institute of Management for 10 years. Besides, Dr. Baruah has also worked with NISIET for one and half years and with Assam Carbon Products Ltd. for one year as a Management Trainee.
4 Er. W.R. Singh
B.E(Met.), PGDBM. - Associate Faculty Member

Involved in training and project consultancy with respect to entrepreneurship development in the institute, Shri Singh is also the adviser to the Centre for Enterprise Development Research (CENDR), a Guwahati based NGO working towards helping and guiding NGOs and individuals in accelerating entrepreneurship growth.
5 Dr. Poonam. Sinha
M.A.,Ph.D. - Regional Director, Regional Office, Dehradun (Uttaranchal)

Heading the Regional Office in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, Dr. Sinha is involved in training and research activities related to micro, small and medium enterprise promotion. Dr. Sinha also has wide experience of working for growth and development of women entrepreneurship.
6 Mr. A.K. Baruah
M.Com. - Associate Faculty Member

Having 18 years of experience in the area of entrepreneurship development, Shri Baruah is into planning, coordinating and executing training programmes
7 Mr. B.Das.
M.Com., M.A.(Economics), Dip.in F.M. - Associate Faculty Member

Having specialisation in project formulation, financial management and entrepreneurship development, Shri Das has been guiding the first generation entrepreneurs through handholding.

Having worked in the field of project planning & formulation, and development of micro, small and medium enterprises, Shri Kalita has wide ranging experience in providing handholding support to entrepreneurs especially in the field of science and technology.

Shri Dewan has more than nine years of experience as a trainer-motivator in the areas of entrepreneurship development.

A professional with more than 12 years of experience on system analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of application software, Shri Bayan also has the experience of designing and organizing training programmes on various software/ hardware modules.

Having more than 12 years of experience as a trainer cum motivator, Shri Goswami has the experience of conducting a wide range of training programmes
13 Shri Santanu Mohan Deka

Having an experience of almost four years in decentralised planning, participatory rural appraisal, conducting case studies, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of various rural development programmes of Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India at the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), NE Regional Centre, Shri Deka is currently into training, research and industrial cluster development in the MSME sector
14 Ratna Bhuyan

Having worked in the arena of the socio-political and economic issues of North East India, Smt. Bhuyan also has the experience of working in the fields of teaching research and industrial cluster development in the MSME sector. Also into writing and editing, she has to her credit publications like Election Politics in Assam: Issues, Trends ad People’s Mandate, Genesis of Conflict and Peace: Understanding Northeast India etc
