INFRASTUCTURE PROVIDERS REQUIRED

Refer to our earlier advertisement dated the 12-12-2012 and 13-12-2011 in the website (For details visit the page Notice Board, www.iie.gov.in), IIE organizes a number of programmes with support from various Government, Non-Government and Private agencies. These programmes are organized in various parts of the Northeastern Region (NER). In organizing such programmes IIE needs infrastructure and other related support services.

With gradual increase of the number of programmes and demand thereof, the Institute further interested to add to the number of Service Providers. This will be in addition to the existing service providers those have already applied and got selected by IIE against the Advertisements published in Local and regional dailies such as Amar Asom and The Telegraph on 28th & 29th April 2010 and 20th of September 2011 respectively.

It is to be noted that IIE is going to organize few more Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme (ESDP) as listed below in the TABLE – I

  1. If your organization is having the following facilities for organizing training -
    1. Infrastructure
    2. Equipments
    3. Adequate training facilities
    then, IIE may conduct training programmes at your campus.
  2. If your organization is having the following human resource-
    1. Human resource for Master trainer with necessary skill related to list of Training in TABLE – I
    2. Human resource for training coordinator
    then, IIE may also hire your human resource to conduct training.

CORRIGENDUM

The tender of Catering Services at IIE and Housekeeping at the 1st Hostel Building of IIE which was supposed to be opened on 06/12/2012 and had been deferred will now be opened on 8th January, 2013. Tenders will be received upto 2:00 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at 02:30 P.M. The submission can only be done by the agencies who have already procured the tender papers from the Institute on or before 05/12/2012. No new tender papers will be issued. Agencies who have procured the tender forms on or before 05/12/2012 may go through the revised terms and condition and necessary amendments / changes that have been made.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Date :10-12-2012

Expression of Interest is invited from consultancy organizations/ consultants based in North-Eastern Region to undertake data collection for various clusters implemented by Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship. It is to be noted that the data collected, analyzed and report submitted has to be in the format developed by IIE and within the time frame set by the Institute and should be in consultation with the official of IIE. The qualifying criterion is that the applicant is expected to know about Clusters in the MSME domain, should have been involved in carrying out surveys, action research, report preparation and documentation.

Sealed applications addressed to Mr. Hementa Rabha, Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship with "EOI for Data Collection of Clusters" clearly written on the envelope is to be submitted on or before 12:30 pm, 21/12/2012.

    Sealed tenders are hereby invited from reputed and registered contractors of Civil and electrical works for providing false ceiling along with electrical lighting and painting works at the lobby of IIEs Administrative Building. The parties interested may inspect the same and quote their rates for the work with their other terms and conditions .
    The sealed tenders should reach the Administrative Officer on or before 12th December, 2012. Tenders will be received upto 2:00 P.M. and will be opened on the same day at 3: 00 P.M.

    Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Lalmati, Guwahati-29 invites sealed tenders from the interested APWD/CPWD/MES registered Contractors for the work at the lobby of Administrative Building of IIE at Lalmati, Guwahati-29” on one job basis as per specified items of works enclosed.
Terms and conditions:

  1. Quotations will be accepted upto 2.00 PM of 12/12/2012 and will be opened at 3.00 PM in presence of the contractors on the same day.

    Circulars/Orders/Holiday list/Intercom directory.

    Forms Downloadable (PDF format)

    List of Departments & employees etc.

    Any other information as desired by the management.

     Product information: This section will consist of

    list of various product produced by different cluster along with photograph, brief description of product, price etc.

    User authentication system.

    Site navigation system.

    Site search and browser friendly 

    Deliverable: The beta version of the Website and Web applications ready for user testing.

    Phase 3

    Implementation and Testing

     a) Web server configuration with site hosting and implementation.

    Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), Guwahati, an organization under the Ministry of Small Scale Industries (SSI), Government of India committed to the growth of Entrepreneurship in the SME sector is setting up a state of the art Jewellery designing & manufacturing training center at Guwahati to impart technology and training for making Gemstone studded Jewellery to the Gems & Jewellery based Entrepreneurs of North East India including Sikkim. The offers are invited from the reputed training institutes / Jewellery machine manufacturers for providing the following training facilities to 25 persons on turn key basis:

    Supply of complete plant & Machineries for manufacturing gemstone studded silver / copper / gold jewellery.


    Supply of complete consumable and metal for providing training for the entire training peri


    Installation and commissioning of plant & machineries on turnkey basis and technology transfer for jewellery training system.
    To provide jewellery designing training as per latest market trend for 3 months.
